These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Sinun Digital - Julia Mościcka, ul. Boguszowicka 104B, 44-251 Rybnik, Poland (“Sinun Digital,” “we,” “us”). By visiting sinundigital.eu, submitting our form or booking a call, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
We provide business-to-business marketing services for roofing contractors: we plan, run and fund paid advertising campaigns and deliver booked estimate appointments to your calendar. The Site itself is informational and lets you request a free strategy call. Nothing on the Site is an offer of employment, a franchise, a business opportunity as defined by the FTC Franchise Rule, or an investment.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you represent. The Site is intended for businesses, not consumers, and for use in the United States.
You buy a set number of booked roof estimate appointments, and that number is what we deliver. If we do not deliver the appointments you paid for within the period stated in your service agreement, we refund the fees for the appointments we did not deliver. The signed service agreement between us sets the exact numbers, rates and timeframe, and it controls if anything on this page differs from it. In general:
Results vary from company to company. Factors including your market, pricing, sales process, speed to lead, crew capacity, seasonality and reputation determine your outcome. Any figures, examples or case studies we show describe what specific clients achieved and are not a promise, prediction or guarantee that you will achieve the same or any particular result. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, close rate or return on ad spend.
Booking a strategy call creates no obligation for either side. We may reschedule or decline calls, and we may decline to work with any business, including businesses outside our service criteria. Repeated no-shows may result in our declining future bookings.
By submitting the form with the consent box checked, you agree to receive calls, text messages and emails from us as described in the consent language and in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, HELP for help. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.
You agree not to: submit false, misleading or someone else's information; use the Site to send spam or malicious code; scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site by automated means; probe, scan or test the security of the Site; reverse engineer any part of the Site; or use the Site in violation of any law.
The Site and its content - text, layout, graphics, logos, and code - are owned by Sinun Digital or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for the purpose of evaluating our services. All other rights are reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from the Site without our written permission.
The Site embeds and links to third-party services, including Calendly (scheduling), Meta Platforms (advertising) and Google (data storage). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability may change at any time.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sinun Digital from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We are established in Poland and have no place of business in the United States. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to email us at jmoscicka@sinundigital.com describing the dispute and the outcome you want, and to give us 30 days to resolve it informally. In our experience nearly everything is settled at this stage.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it will be decided by the Polish court having jurisdiction over our registered address in Rybnik, Poland, and both parties submit to that venue. Proceedings may be conducted in Polish or, where the court permits, in English.
Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under the mandatory law of your place of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If you encounter a barrier on this Site or need information in an alternative format, email jmoscicka@sinundigital.com and we will work with you to provide the information you need.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version, and material changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement, are the entire agreement between us about the Site.
